Venue organization including sourcing, booking and training fixtures.
Coach recruitment, development and support.
Uniform design, production and distribution.

Merchandise design, production and sales including items such as hoodies, t-shirts, basketballs, drink bottles and caps.
Club documentation, compliance and OHS inline with Basketball Victoria by laws.
Organization of venues, awards and gifts along with the Master of Ceremony duties for bi-annual club presentation days.
Club fundraising and sponsorships opportunities.
Beginner clinics, during and after school times, with students at Oakleigh PS, Clayton North PS, Glen Waverley PS, St Mary Magdalene’s PS, and Lilydale PS.
Hoop Time training sessions, with selected students to represent their schools, at Clayton North PS, Oakleigh PS and Parkhill PS.
School holiday clinics including marketing, online booking portal, and partnerships with other domestic basketball clubs.
3×3 tournaments including venues, team recruitment and management, fixturing, and trophies / medals.

Communication with various stakeholders including organization, parent and players, from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Creating a positive, passionate and encouraging culture and environment for players to put forth their best efforts.
Developing, executing and monitoring a season long plan, through regular training sessions, based upon age group, skill and resources.
Upskilling players on focus areas of the game relevant to their age, ability, and current day basketball style of play.
Creating, implementation and teaching of offensive and defensive team concepts and counter plays with the mindset to be ‘prepared for every situation’.
Motivation, encouragement and accountability for players and parents over the course of a season.
Game planning including, at times, scouting reports and notes, video editing of game footage, and video sessions.
